Returns and Exchanges
• Eligibility:
Items must be returned or exchanged in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.
• Exchange Requests:
Exchange requests must be initiated, and the item must be mailed back within 10 days of receiving the package.
• One-Time Policy:
Each order is eligible for one exchange or return only. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs unless the issue is due to our mistake.
• Non-Returnable Items:
Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Complaints:
For any issues with your order, video proof is required to help us assess and resolve your concern.
• Refunds:
Refunds are issued in the form of store credits, which can be used toward your next purchase.
• Processing Time:
Returns and exchanges will take up to 10 working days to process.
